Hannah Chandler Kelli of the National Weather Service said, "At about 7 minutes, rain in the burn area has dropped dramatically over a three-day period without any tension.In southern California, most residents are deported to areas devastated by fire as a repair crew, telephone and gas repair services.Police authorities in the state of Los Angeles said they were at the last stage of repayment of Malibu and illegal areas of the region. At altitude, 250,000 people escaped from their homes.officials said three people died and 1,643 buildings, most of them homes destroyed.
